Simple Concentrator Type S.C. Tested in Pakistan in 2006

has a concentrator of 1.2m in diameter made of tinplate. In our plan, we were going to stick aluminum foil on the surface of the tinplate but after we arrived in Pakistan, we found there are no aluminum foils as kitchen products. We cannot tell how long it keeps the original reflection but the surface of the tinplate worked still fine in Pakistan. On the other hand, the stainless steel sheets with finely finished surface were available everywhere in Islamabad. I wish if we had brought the one made of stailless steel from the beginning.



At the plot of the Nippa (Japan-Pakistan) Welfare Association, we stated assembling our solar cookers.
