@It was designed under the same concept with the Sun Lotus. Because it is fabricated from recycled plastics, the color of the body is black only. The size of the reflector is almost the same with the Educooker004, but Mini is very endurable and its shape is stable even after a long term usage. It can boil 150cc of water in a black paper cup in 30 minutes. The following is a recipe for the cupcake.
Cup cake
1. Mix 200g of Poundcake mix, three eggs, 80g of butter, 80g of sugar and 60g of milk in a bowl.
2. Put 50g of the above mixture in a black paper cup or one painted in black. Close the top with a sheet of black aluminum foil, or transparent plastic wrap.
3. In 20-30min. the cake will be done. We definitely need continuous sun shine to bake a cake.
I tested it in the beginning of April.
In a paper cup painted in black with ink for calligraphy,
I put 50g of mixture of pouncake.
I needed 30 min. this time.
A cupcake as usual.
The PP bag I used for the cover was melted on the cup.
Next, I tried the cooking inside my house.
This time I tried a glass and put the paper cup in it.
And I closed the top with a piece of plastic wrap.
Successed in baking a cake in 20 minutes.
Then I tested the black paper cup without any cover, but just a lid of a piece of plastic wrap.
Again, after 20 minutes, the cake was baked completely.
Lastly I increased the amount of the mixture to 100g.
After 30 minutes, some parts are still raw.
After turning the cake upside down, I continued the cooking 10 minutes more. I could bake but it seems 50g of the mixture is the right amount for the Sun Lotus Mini.
