Jelof Rice
The Recipe for Jelof Rice by Ms. Faustine at SCI.
1. Put fresh coriander, carot, garlic, tomato, salt, powder soup to 3 cups of rice.
2. Mix well.
3. Put boiled water and a half cup of vegitable oil to the rice.
4. Cook until done.
You can add meet (beef, chicken, etc.) and other vegitables such as onion, pepper, etc. When you cook in Japan, you'd better reduce the amount to, say, two cups.
